Support the Anti-Cluster Bomb Campaign

Chris Huhne and the Liberal Democrats are backing the international campaign for a moratorium on the use of cluster bombs. A cluster bomb consists of many "bomblets" which spread over a wide area, and claim thousands of lives during and long after armed conflict.
